The APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process completes the quality process and rules for suppliers. The Product Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) includes all the steps aiming to assure complete validation of the supplier’s product conception process and procedures, so that it will be able to deliver quality levels in accordance with the requirements. In AXISCOPE DIGITAL SOURCING PLATFORM, the Product Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) are initiated on demand or automatically from the RFx award phase of the supplier. They are collaboratively monitored with the supplier and internal stakeholders.
